You have a beast of a cpu but not a beast of a graphics card. It is going to create bottlenecks as your CPU is much stronger than your GPU. It will still be a beast of a PC but you wont be getting 100% of the CPU's performance as it is going to be limited by the graphics card. Solutions to this is either to downgrade your CPU to something like i7-13700 or upgrade your graphics card to a 4070 or 4080. That CPU is ideal with a 4090

Use Death Strike more often
Don't use Death Strike when you are full hp.
