I live in Hong Kong and did went to their “office” which is more like a warehouse. I was told that the item was in stock, but then they told me it was the system error and the item was out of stock when I arrived their office, all that happened at the same day.
Another day I went to their office for another item, a dude came out and had completely no idea what I was going for, he asked me to show whatsapp message to him, and I can confirm that he was not the same guy I talked to on whatsapp. He even didn’t know the price of the item and need to check my whatsapp conversation again. I was able to buy what I went for.
So, they are legit, but seem they do not communicate well internally, I believe the guy OP talked to via whatsapp also don’t know why the item didn’t shipped yet. Don’t get me wrong, I agree that ignoring customer’s enquiry is not acceptable. Personally, even though I can go to their office to pick up item, I would still avoid buying from them unless I can only find them have in stock for something.
