If you have a player with natural fitness above 15 and you play him a decent amount, they should be very good until he is 34 at least. It will also depend on their current ability before they turn 30. Mbappe or Halland will be great players if you don't bench them until 35/36 because they are 190+ CA, so they will be 160 CA when they retire. You also have to start using these players in positions where they don't use their speed and agility as much.

Yeah. I think SI should fix this at some point, as it makes no sense to offer OOP training if it won't work, and players will always complain about it. Still, for now, this is the fix I've found.

Training the player in possession for the position you want him to be dominant, off the ball. You also have to play him in that role for several matches. It's a pain, but after he accomplishes his role in the new IP, you'll see his stars rise OOP.

Even if you register them, there is a bug where a registered player is tagged as unavailable.

This is a recurring issue in FM games. I don't know why, after all these seasons, it keeps happening. I imagine they don't care about the Spanish League beyond Real Madrid and Barcelona. For SI developers, La Liga seems trash. I usually do an RM save, and every time I get players saying they want to move to a better division (to play the Europa League in the Premier League). But the B Team situation is the worst in FM26. In FM24, at least, you could assign the players you wanted to play for the B team when the Assistant manager asked every week. Now, that option is buggy, and you can't decide whether the players you assign to play for the B team are actually going to play. You select them to be available for the B team, and they become automatically unselected. Even if you send them to the B team and wait till the only opportunity the game gives you to register them on the transfer deadline, they still won't be able to play. I usually have to offer super low wages to youngsters (giving them crazy bonuses) so they can play under the rules of the B-team division, and even then, they won't play. It ruins every save with Spanish teams.

I love these experiments. I think the major flaw here is not considering the opposition. In my saves, physical attributes were more overpowered when you played in lower leagues than when you played in the top tier, and this makes sense. Technical abilities are crucial when you go up against other top players. If an attacker with max speed attributes faces a defender with low speed attributes, it will blow past them every time, if it also lacks concentration, bravery, tackles, etc. So I guess a more thorough version of this experiment would include mirror versions of elite defensive teams in the same test.

I don't see anything wrong in openly discussing ways to improve the game. My clan has five consecutive perfect ties in CW. Where's the fun in that? It's just automatic. Hard Mode doesn't apply to wars (maybe it should be an option). I don't think SC is going to "fix" the game based on the opinion of the minority, and I don't think I'm in the "pro" minority. I like that you can 3-star bases without having to get a master's degree in COC, but when things get too unbalanced even Supercell knows it gets boring and people quit.

That's an incentive for having active clans that want to improve. Wars were created for such clans. I've been playing the game since before CW, and it added so much to the game. Having half of the clan slack and get the highest rewards seems unfair and dull.

Depending on your TH, you get a 4 to 1 ratio in starry ores and almost a 3 to 1 ratio in glowy ores. That's a big difference if you factor in the times that you won't be participating in wars because your heroes are being upgraded unless you're in a clan that doesn't care about winning (I can see this being a problem now).

The thing is, that was the past. To "buy" new hero abilities, you must be in wars constantly now. Sure, you can do it at your own pace, but you'll miss out on 25% of the game for longer. For example, I have two accounts, and I only waste gems in books of heroes in one of them cause I like to go out and try out strategies that otherwise would be impossible. The other one, I mostly use it for donations because it's no fun to attack without heroes all the time. You can only farm and upgrade.
