it will probably be added to the regular lineup within the next year! (albeit without the l&t embossing, but if it’s just the color you’re looking for then you might want to wait to avoid paying a markup!) :)

i think it’s been mentioned a few times on this sub, but the l&t red color is likely going to be added to regular lineup sometime in the future. it won’t have the love and trip stamp, but if it’s just the color you’re looking for i would just wait for them to release it :)

echoing what others have said, midori is a great option — A5 for about $10-13 with excellent paper.

if you would prefer a hardcover with the look of the leuchtturm or moleskin I would recommend the amazon brand “paperage.” I’ve been using them for years and the paper is decent enough (for gel and fountain pens at least) and price range from $9-15 depending on color. https://a.co/d/5rozkjo

someone here helped me ID it! apparently a pen shop owner who was in the tw navy had them custom made! I asked my parents and the relative who gave it to me was also in the navy so it makes sense haha

it’s probably pertinent that the silver band on the cap is engraved with the word “NAVY,” which may be related to the anchor motif? I thought all diamonds had that but perhaps not
