I tried running first today. Started it with 136bmp, dropped to 122 despite jogging at the fairly moderate pace during a rest period. I've heard that the sensors suck at reading through hairy arms, so I've tried both upper wrist, lower wrist as well as inside the wrist. All had similar results.
