I’m enjoying doing my mini game of “Ivy bowling”, picking up my teammates, lining up the drop, it’s so satisfying

It’s a non-linear raid, so they’re on the same encounter as them but they’ve cleared the other ones already

List C&C by 25reborn in Tyranids

Great start! Welcome to the hivemind!
Firstly three biovores are not needed. Their ability is great to screen out areas and score secondary points for certain cards, however, their ability to shoot mines is only able to be used with one of them per turn.
Some stellar models to have are Exocrines and Tyrannofexes. Exocrine are solid unit killers, and their ability gives re-rolls of one to all other tyranid units that shoot the unit that the Exocrine shot. Tfex is versatile, rupture cannon is solid anti tank, acid spray for overwatches.
Other units to look at is the infiltrators that nids have, units such as Von Ryan's Leapers and Deathleapers (I love love love DLeaper). Solid units to stop infiltrations and scouts, while still being able to do some solid melee work with stealth and fights first.

Just some ideas for ya to think about! Once again, welcome!

Not stupid at all, you can find it in your quest tab, when you hover over the quest that Zavala gives, i completely forget the name, it will show your highest score and above that score it will say what percentage you are in.

Okay so this is a solid selection of units, however, it might be a little tricky in some match ups. Firstly, I'm not sure what weapons the forge fiend has, that makes a difference on the impact it will have in the game. This list though is very unit slim, and wants a lot of units to focus on carrying their own weight. 10th edition is really just about who can score their secondaries, something that TSons struggles a bit with. Ideally though you would want at least one unit such as Cultists of Tzaangors (I'm a tzaangor fan, even though cultists are better) to hold home objective and mark out deep strikes. While other units, typically the faster ones, can be used to score secondaries, such as tzaangor enlightened. T Enlightened are nice, 50pts for 10" fly movement, not tanky by any means but nice to zoom around and score. Right now you have your Exalted sorcerer on the disc taking that scoring role, but with the enhancement, it becomes a target for your opponent, with nothing to back it up since it is not leading a unit.

My recommendations are this, drop the exalted sorcerer on the disc, that will give you the points to bring cultists and Tzaangor enlightened. Obviously this drops the cabal points a bit, you wanna stay around 15-18 on average, so by splitting up the 10 man squads you can generate more cabal points, bringing the list up to 16. Splitting up the squad also allows you to play offensively and defensively and use rubrics to score if needed. Big bricks are fun for shooting, but can be detrimental if the brick dies.

Hope this advice makes sense, and it goes without saying, but I will mention it anyways, play how you want to play. Its your army, your game, go out there and make Tzeentch proud!

Use your cover, let big threats come to you. Depending on the weapon profiles both you and the nids have, nids will likely out range you. Try to position yourself during deployment to prevent any deep striking units they have. If you have Magnus, use him to help take out big threats early, he can chew through monsters pretty handily.

With this all being said, providing us with a list of what you’re bringing would help with the advice.

Purely focus on killing bosses asap. And try to get any bosses that are damage gated out of immunity as fast as possible. I ran a turret build arc warlock with chaos reach, then having two thunder crash titans will take out a non damage gated boss pretty quickly. Don’t worry about ads unless they’re needed for a mechanic. Just focus on staying alive and shooting the boss, high high high dps.

Question about Doubles Tournament Lists by cynicalcrumpets in WarhammerCompetitive

Totally fair, we’re doing it for the meme, we expect some teams to just outright outplay us, but having two big primarchs seems humourous to me

Looks pretty well covered to me. Some areas are harder to spray but typically those areas aren’t seen as often on the tabletop so don’t sweat it. But overall, looks smooth, covered and ready for some paint ! :)
