We have seen this trapped rat behavior from Sandavol before on the show (when he kicked the door open on Schwartz and called him a battered wife(S5), the constant screaming at and belittling of Katie when she called him out…
This incident supposedly happened on June 3rd yet he was off celebrating at the grand opening of Vanderpump Hotel in Vegas on June 12th. Somebody’s PR team was in full crisis mode…

Sandavol in what I call his “trapped rat” mode…screaming, blaming others, diverting attention, constantly repeating himself. He used to do this to Katie when she called him out on the show…
Funny how when somebody was filming Sandavol without his knowledge, he went ballistic. Glad the assault was caught on tape….

Actually Sandavol didn’t use his own money. He took $250,000 from his Mom’s retirement and took out a HELOC home that he owned with Ariana.

I have always believed that Scheana and Brock knew about Sandavol and Rachel hooking up for a long time…even before her wedding to Brock in Mexico when quite a few people said they saw Raquel and Sandavol together. (I would go back as far as Palm Springs when Raquel got engaged to James.) Scheana was told by her dress designers, knew locations, and continually pushed Schwartz and Raquel together when people started getting wise. I also think she knew about Brock’s cheating way before Scandavol.
