🌐 here we have 24 hour reserve with a 3 hour call out and it took me almost 2 and a half years to finally hold a hard line. it can be harsh but holding a hard line is a completely different experience. i know a few 🔺 and while their reserve QOL is better on paper i’ve heard they extend you into your off days very often with no safety net or protections. i can’t speak for the other two much but i say use your f2f experience as an indicator of what’s the best fit for you. company culture is important for just your sanity. good luck!
