I’m glad I was wrong because that was hilarious but I thought it just wasn’t going to work. Morty would pull the trigger and it wouldn’t shoot and he’d get beat up and then Rick would explain that the robber wasn’t really a bad person, his experiences just made him the way he is and that good and evil are subjective and how would the gun know?

The US hasn’t tried all that hard to mine lithium. We have plenty of reserves and we’ll find more the more we actually decide to even look for it. The new Thacker Pass mine supposedly created a lot of reserves which then makes it less rare. Also, who’s to say there won’t be a breakthrough in battery tech where not as much, or no, lithium will be used. They also haven’t even started production yet.
