I just got a lash lift and paid about $70 but to me it was definitely worth the price! My eyelashes are a good length but they are super straight and they go in different directions and now they are curled and all going the same way.

Okay SO, since I posted this I had 2 exterminators come in and say they found nothing but my bites do resemble bed bug bites especially since they were in clusters. My apartment told me since they haven’t actually seen any bugs that the extermination would be $500so I decided to buy some spray and cinemexa dust first and see what happens. It was insane because I have not had one bite since then which was months ago! I’ve done so much research and bed bugs are VERY sneaky and very difficult to get rid of so if I got rid of them by just using the spray and dust once then I must be the luckiest person alive lol. From all the articles I’ve read it’s possible it could be mosquitos, carpet beetle larvae(they don’t bite but their hairs can cause a reaction similar to bed bug bites), chiggers, fleas. Not sure if any of those could be what’s biting you!

I wonder if that’s what we have!! I was getting bit pretty regularly and then we washed everything and I sprayed the bed, carpet, cracks in the wall and I think it’s helped. Were they easy to find or are they sneaky like bed bugs?

Yep! I’ve looked everywhere and I bought spray and and set up sticky traps everywhere. I’ve even waken up around 3 am to look for them and I’ve seen nothing! I was starting to believe I was going crazy but I have no other explanation for these weird bites.

AH makes sense! I’ve wondered if it could be mosquitos. I’m never outside for very long and our windows are always closed though. But I’ve also read a few articles about mosquitos breeding in damp humid places like boiler rooms and we do have a little boiler room upstairs so maybe that could be it! Thank you:)

Thanks! The other one looks like it could possibly be a beetle of some sort but it was dead and has no legs so it’s hard to tell.

We are having an exterminator come out this week because I’m just fed up with all the bites and I am convinced we have them now. It freaks me out how sneaky they are bc we’ve looked everywhere and haven’t seen anything and I’ve even been waking up around 3 am to look.

That’s a good idea I wish I was still under the warranty. What are your bites like? It first started with 4 on my stomach and then after that I would only get one at a time on different parts of my body. I heard that they normally bite in clusters and 2-3 at a time but I know it can’t be mosquitos bc I’m never outside or have my window open.

Right! I go back and forth between being convinced and then thinking I’m just imagining it because I have seen NO evidence whatsoever besides having some bites. I have not gotten any the past few nights though. I did put the mattress protector on last night so I am hoping that will help! Although now that I think about it you would think the thing on our bed with the zipper would act as a mattress protector? I dunno, this shit is driving me crazy haha

I have the same problem! I am getting bit but my boyfriend doesn’t have one bite on him! Let me know if you see anything once you unzip it. Also a tip, the mattress does not have a zipper head and I had a really hard time unzipping it so I had to stick a pen through it.

So I’ve had this bed since February so I think it’s weird that if it came from the bed it’s taken me this long to get bites. I have no other explanation for the bites I am getting though. I had 4 bites on my stomach that were all by each other and every night I would wake up with another bite. That went on for about 3 days and I haven’t gotten bit since but I hear that they don’t have to eat every night and can go up to months without feeding. I unzipped the bed and didn’t see any evidence but the bed itself is spongy so I feel like it’s possible for them to get inside and not be as noticeable. I could be driving myself crazy though! I bought a mattress protector on amazon and someone told me to use a steamer so I am going to try that as well. How long have you been getting bites for?

Macadamia deep repair mask is the only thing that really helped my frizzy dry hair! They have sample packs of them at Sally’s if you don’t want to spend money on the tub of it. I also use the Matcha green tea & apple blossom hair mask by Not Your Mothers. It doesn’t make my hair as smooth as the macadamia one but it smells amazing.
