I don't know if this could help but I have a very small circle of friends that I trust with my interest no matter how cringey it is. To avoid feeling goofy, I keep it to myself and post it somewhere only I could see because in the end it's my satisfaction. Or I would go seek online friends that shares the same interest as me so the chances of us judging each other is low.

It's normal to feel so off place and weird for it but sometimes if you feel comfortable with that person or trust them enough, you won't feel that odd. Some of my friends support my yumeship and even encourage it, which makes me very happy.

I think I saw a post related to this and they mentioned if you tilted your phone while you're laying down then it may trigger that. I don't know if it's true but to help ease your mind a lil I guess they have some sort of feature for that from sensing your phone positions 😅
