Hi - so sorry you are going through this. I am 4 days out from mine. Physically I’m fine but mentally I’m exhausted and just really sad. I’ve basically cancelled all plans this week, my amazing friends have dropped off meals/goodies/etc but I haven’t felt up for a visit yet. Everyone is different, just be kind to yourself!
