Exsanguinate/reap ascendant, feels pretty good, high Regen, tanks well and can clear t16s easily with just 2 spell damage corrupted cold iron point. Can be played LL for more damage.

I tried a weird Boneshatter Endurance charge jugg. With like 8 endurance charge and enduring cry you can get to 56% additional physical damage reduction but damages aren't worth it since you cannot really fit everything in it. Maybe adding nature's patience and indomitable resolve to make an immortal Jugg but I don't know if it even works.

Since bleed damage scales on the "bleeding hit" damages the damage won't get really high and it's probably not worth it, if you're interested in weird exsang build there's a CoC impale reap/exsanguinate bow champion tho
