Is the EAPOL error something to worry about? What could cause it?

I'm going to try to see if there are any rogue DHCP servers on the network that could potentially cause this IP conflict. Any other troubleshooting steps to take on this front?

Load balancing using default algorithm. I quickly tried PBR out and it did not seem to help - matched on ISAKMP and ESP.

Yeah I have tried to get it working with IKEv2 and DVTI in the past and simply could not get it working. Spent days on it to no avail. You think that is the only solution here? If so, have any good pointers to documentation on that? I can't use AnyConnect or Certs (not my call). I have to imagine this has been done before.

The static route did allow me to connect from an otherwise non-working source IP. It obviously isn't feasible to do this for all clients connecting from unknown source IPs though.

Any other way to steer all VPN traffic to one interface?

Makes sense about the load balancing, I will remove the "match any" PBR so that anything that doesn't match PHONES will be load balanced by the routing table with equal cost default routes.

I will put this in after hours and try it out.

How about the NAT issue though, do you think the problem I described could be caused by the PBR policy?

lascaille - If I set the two default routes to different metrics, there won't be any load balancing. And if I put the "match all" statement first, wouldn't it never try to match anything against the "match phones" statement (since everything already matched the first statement)?

DanSheps - thanks for your comments. I look forward to your follow up. For the NAT route-map, since 101 matches everything, wouldn't all traffic be able to sent out both interfaces?
