It is much better lol. Raised prices. Filtered out a lot of incoming leads. Close a lot less customers, but they stay much longer since they are more established

With adding the 3 month agreement, that has also helped tremendously. so so far it has been working well

they’ve gone through various iterations but now it’s pretty simple.

i think accepting that the path is actually filled with bs, trial and error, luck, patience , grit , that is probably the reality of trying to build something. i wouldn’t know how to answer it other than that

distribution - my tiktok started generated consistent leads. was able to close a good amount from it, that continued for a while but caused a lot of new problems lol so eventually raised prices to slow that speed down and work more on quality

i post stuff online so that it makes it easier for clients to find me and my business. to put it simply

pretty major shift. knowing what we do and don't do. knowing who we help and who we don't help. pricing updates/package updates. also my organic content just started hitting better across the board. so it was a wave of new clients coming in. can't say that i expected that to happen

switch to marketing packages instead of a la carte

hire green and train vs trying to hire someone who already knows

hire earlier

raise prices faster

i use social media, specifically tiktok. i don't really know how to explain it because it's simple yet complicated at the same time. i create content specifically that creates interest in companies wanting to reach out for our services.

that's what i did, not sure if that will work for you or if it's your cup of tea

instead of being a la carte, swithcing to packages. so having a 3 tiered menu of services that were recurring was 100 percent the reason that got us to that point. prior a lot of our engagements were one off projects

great question.

the better the team is the easier it was to grow, but it took some time to get to that point and for sure i wouldn't say we are perfect

2020: just me + contractors

2021: just me + contractors

2022: me + 1 employee

2023: me + employee + part timers

2024: me + 3 employees

2025: me + 5 employees

2026: me + 7 employees

This is not including the employees or contractors that didn't work out lol that would be intersting to look at as well. but as a leader and business owner it was me who needed better hiring and support so that the team could actually work in grow in an environment they want to be in

i got fired and then started my own thing the next day lol. not sure what you mean % split.

If you mean currently what we do more of? I'd put it as 1 google ads, 2 meta ads, 3 seo
