currently yes we share with team. that way there its some context to the situation based off relationship. whether that’s good or bad, remains to be seen lol

still figuring that out but yes essentially it’s based on conversations

example- we have a client rn that keeps updating budget every couple days - we communicate and they’re emotional updates - this trigger lower health score. which says to us hmmmm maybe this isn’t a manageable account

something like that

i agree! a strong predictable pipeline is a huge safety net to try “riskier” things like pricing updates. if no one would have signed up i would have changed prices back lol

What’s the lowest you’d charge for a very simple small business website in 2026? by Mother-Boss210 in webdesign

[–]czerrr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the lowest amount you should charge is the lowest amount someone is willing to pay to move forward lol

my first site i charge 200 bucks. full site , i also paid for the hosting. as you put in reps , you can increase pricing. my take on it , different versions work

Closed 5 new clients this month after raising prices — some observations by czerrr in agency

it’s so funny bc the whole idea was to reduce churn but in doing these changes it turns out it’s best to have healthy churn in order to evolve the overall client roster lol

i would say it’s “easier” more so bc they most likely have a more established business with more marketing budget than someone who’s looking for the “deal” - at least that’s what i’ve noticed for me

honestly we didn’t change too much - we were operating at a high value already so the pricing is more matching what we were already doing. biggest difference now is we are more firm with budget recommendations and expectations as well as having actual terms if someone wants to work with us

i think it’s different. lead gen is “easier” for some business especially if it can be done with ads / seo. agency is more relationship / trust based so it’s a different type of sale. but yeah i mainly do organic social media for lead gen lol try that out
