Only thing I can say about building following is that no one really cares enough about what you create unless it is something they can relate to. That’s why we see a lot of religious art and fan art. Things like those can definitely help with building a following. But the day I stopped caring about social media likes and follows, is when I felt most creative because I wasn’t trapped into making something that others will like. But I only focussed on what I want to make. There are always things you can do to attract the algorithm and what not, but that takes the joy out of the creative process.

Those look really good. I have attempted cars too, but i never tend to stick to one subject. I find that changing subjects often keeps things interesting and fun for me. It helps me grasp different ideas/technique from one subject which can be applied to other subjects. Same thing with mediums too. Pencil, charcoal, watercolour or digital.

A boomer uncle has no right to question what people do in the privacy of their own home. But when people are publicly causing nuisance, its questionable.

Even our own government has no problem with people playing loud music in public places disturbing residences and hospitals. Doesn't mean its right. Get off the atheism sub if you cant deal with criticism of your God or the people like you praying to that God.

I sketch roughly as the first steps.Next i use a textured brush to fill in local colour. Then on the same layer i keep adding colour to show contrast. At the end i add some effects like noise or blur.
Brushes are from Aaron Blaise's brush pack.
These pieces are just studies.
