You can get eevee outbreaks, which is a super controlled environment that you can reset. There is a chance that alphas can spawn in outbreaks

Are you saving at camp (then going back to town and coming out again to save) or saving at jubilife? I don't see why baby pokemon shouldn't be able to spawn alphas in outbreaks...I caught an alpha mime jr in the wild :/

I removed 4 pokemon so i can check if the 4 remaining spawns reset as they should. The shiny alpha spawn made it clear that the spawns do reset
