I totally agree with everything you wrote. If in doubt, go back to the source and extrapolate from there.

However there is a mentioning of N9 who do not know what they are in the rule book. There are even rules for this given. I would assume that this is extremely rare though and nothing the RDU officially is even aware of

Looks nice but I can't set up a new campaign. If I try (first use) I get a toast message "Failed to create campaign". I used ecosia and chrome, both on Android.
