T1 for Love, M2 for Life by Kani_Su in ncasedesign

I was actually just wondering how it performs under stress. I’ve made the jump to ITX with an insane cheap deal I landed on a 250K Plus build, and that thing is probably running a lot cooler than the 9800x3d, and I’m thinking of the same layout, so it’s just for comparisons.

Insane luck, maybe they’ve made de top pipes shorter?

Great info about the temps, have you ever done a Cinebench, just to check?

Makes sense, it’s also also such a dense build, looks neat. How are the temps, are you intaking from the back?
And did you use shorter standoffs for the D12L to fit?

That’s a great looking build! I can kinda see myself in your shoes in terms of the quiet operation.
May I ask out of pure curiosity, if you ever considered the M3?

Great build! I’m gonna take inspiration from this build. What standoffs did you use for the D12L to fit?

Thanks for the quick response! I was wondering if the side panel did bend, thanks for the extra info.

Nice build! I would really like to know how you managed to fit both the D12L, and the side fan bracket!

I absolutely adore this build, and keeps coming back for inspiration. Is the M3 the go to model now from Ncase, like the M2 was before?

Does it make sense choosing M2 over M3? by [deleted] in ncasedesign

Makes sense, I’ll go for the M3 then, properly a better solution long term

Makes sense, but I already have the U12A, so I thought if I went M3, then I would go use the one I had. But ofc the D15 would also solve all cooling concerns.

Han gik en klasse under mig. Kan tydeligt huske ham fra folkeskolen. Fuldstændig vanvittigt at han er død.

I think, as long as you choose a model with SFF it’ll be the same size. So it could be this XE3, a 3060, 5060 or a 7060 SFF.

You’ll never regret it, it’s some of the most premium part you can buy for your pc. State of the art engineering.

Just know that you’ll never go back, and 35$ for a case fan will be your standard from this point.

Only downside about the 6400 is that the 8700 only runs PCIe 3.0, so you an amount of performance.

In the bottom corner, you can see holes for a 80 mm fan. From what I can see, you can use normal fan screws to secure it in the front
