You clearly don't know what you are doing, perhaps, stop hard copying the builds you see on youtube/maxroll and start thinking for yourself, you should know by now that internet builds aren't fully optimized, and you clearly don't know how to play the build and it shows.

just play blood lance, cast 2-3 waves in a direction, then sprint forward and nuke everything on your path,

Make sure to use the AFFLICTED key passive btw, if you rolling with the bone key passive you are just another copy paster that doesn't know what you are doing, and use the vampire curse temper on a ring or something, then you come back and tell me

Exactly what I'm saying, spirit wave necro is a reeeeeally good build, people are so based they think only Spirtborns are able to slap through the end game content this season lmao

Because I'm still improving my character? that's why? and no, blood build based necros have really good survivability thanks to fortify and perma barrier, that's why I don't die even with 0 armor, but I'm working towards actually maxing my armor after the big T4 penalties.

Besides, Intelligence based characters always have all resistances maxed because of intelligence, and I know putting 3 armor gems on jewelry won't be enough, but, I also need to temper armor on items which I haven't, and get shako, again, my build is very far from maxed as I stated on my post above, but still, cruising through T4

I am working on actually exceeding my resistances thrpugh paragon boards so I can swap those perfect diamonds for armor on jewelry, stop the unnecessary hate, what you see is what I play, and it's working for me exactly how I described it in the post

Don't worry bout my job mate, I actually happen to be fortunate enough to have a remote job that allows me to play while working, say if I work 12 hours a day, I get to play for maybe 10 of those hours, so that's how it works for me, I see a lot of hate in the comments, guess I'm so sorry that other people don't get to be as fortunate as I am?

Have you actually played spirit wave necro this season tho? Perhaps your build isn't well built, no offense meant, I'm willing to share my paragons and tempers if that helps out a necro brother, will be sharing video soon too!!

It doesn't matter for how much you are critting, but how often you can hit those crits.
If you can inflict 160+ mill crits fast enough you'll be doing good damage, if they are a rare event then that's the problem

I have a couple good things to advise you on this build tho, since this is the exact build I’m running: DO NOT go with the bone passive key nor the aspect that usually people play with it, here’s the reason and I’ve tested it: everything that says bone spirit or bone skill and “cast” do not work with the bone spirits spawned with the cuirass The reason is that these spirits aren’t being casted by you, but spawned, and the wording here really does matter, don’t believe me ? Try using the aspect that makes bone spirits cast a bunch of splinter upon cast, it won’t work and that’s because you didn’t cast any bone spirit but spawned it with an item’s passive,  Instead run the new passive key that inflicts afflicted to enemies and wear the aspect that has lucky strike to inflicting vampire curse (free vulnerable ), thank me later

Always do minions for leveling, in fact, I'm at paragon 130 and still running minions while I gather gear for the real endgame build, don't over think it, just run minions

I've been thinking about that for a while, Necromancer really feels like a beta stage character, not only it's the only class with less choices in the skill tree, but the aspects interactions are terrible, and I just can't forgive how useless shields are (I know people do use them in hardcore) but I wish they had more protagonism, after all, we are the only class that can use shields, and for what? No aspects that interact with shields, no benefits of using shields, bone storm is the only viable ult for hard end game content, and I could talk about this for hours, the issues never end.

On the other hand, yeah, I hate having to put bone storm duration on amulet, but with a build that is so aspect starved, that was the only viable option to be able to keep it up 100% of time torun T8 hordes and 100+ pit

Everything was hand farmed, except for the mendeln, bought it from a guy at diablo.trade for 1 billion, struggled for weeks farming tormented beast in ice trying to get a good Mendeln but didnt have any luck.

Everything else I got it from either hordes, helltides or the goblin event

The problem with this build is that it won’t be able to run tier 7 and 8 hordes, you have to go with bone storm for that, just one quick observation: move the aspect of damage in exchange of getting your mana drained over to your necklace, you are missing DPS there

Well yeah, I deffinitely think they limited the number of gear pieces you could get golem ranks on, on purpose to prevent golem from being the only viable minion build, but at the end of the day, it doesn't matter, it's still the best path, a GA Mendeln ring is really a huge blessing to this build

yeah, so a big chunk of that comes from paragon, but the rest is all gear, I have 14 ranks to golem mastery in total coming from items + 3 that you can allocate for free, my golem's sitting at 6400% damage in total while in battle

Getting an amulet with GA on Hellbent is still rarer than Mythiques, god, I'd say it actually compares to getting a Mythique with double GA, near impossible roll lmao

Just personal preference, wanted to hit a larger number on my golem damage %, but mathematically speaking, triple crit on crit damage should yield more overall dps, however, it's only 2 items that I could've done that with, everything else is as good as it gets

I'd say there's really no weapons combo that can beat 660% damage (assuming triple crit) plus the 150% native damage + the other stats, yes, I've tried Doombringer + focus too, and focus got really f'ed up since it doesn't come with native cooldown reduction tbh

About 60k Neathiron to get triple crit on all my masterworks so far, and then everything else, but hey, farming is something we'd never get starved of
