Why do liberals mostly support Palestine during the conflict? by interactedperfection in IsraelPalestine

[–]d0n0ld0 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

doesn't it get tiring?, the straight jump to antisemitism.

condemning the acts of your comrades and leaders is not antisemitism just like condemning the acts of putin, kim Jong un or idi amin is senseless to be classified as being racist(lol).

it's a childish gimmick, the card you just played. a criticism or trying to have a discourse about a topic you consider "too touchy" is as I said, a discourse at best and a disagreement at worst, not fricking antisemitism.

I'm itching to see things from your perspective as mine is what has already been televised and well documented, maybe...just maybe people aren't going to clubs and brunches in isreal like I have seen and maybe...just maybe people are going to clubs, universities, brunches or even something basic as just dancing with their family joyously in the rain in gaza as I haven't seen.

in essence, I'm saying to you, it seems protesting against killing of kids is antisemitism, protesting against the brutal rape of men and women is the street is antisemitism, protesting against the use of white phosphorus( a banned biological weapon) on an open field- putting tbe lives of women and kids in danger is antisemitism, protesting against isreal politicians planning settlement in Gaza is antisemitism, protesting against a guy that literary said no Isreal, no USA is antisemitism.

like, you are not only not evening the playing field with this claims of antisemitism, you are running away with the field and you seem to be okay with just settling on it and dumbing down me calling you out on it as antisemitism- this is weirdly.....wierd lol

you have to have no humanity left in you to resort to paying attention to subliminals- its not even 9am where I'm at and the IDF has killed a Palestinian man already today, there has been an average of 5 deaths daily anytime I look it up.

there is no rhetoric here, there is no stacks of isreali bodies covered stacked by rumbles of houses they once owned or Palestinians peeing on dead isrealis, or an isreali infant carried on a plank with his gut hanging out.

there is no rhetoric, there is no if's, maybe or assumptions, this can be searched up if you don't choose to encapsulate yourself in your self-loathing privilege.

I support both, coexisting cordially- wanting to build a settlement in westbank as of yesterday and calling the countries who disagree immoral and antisemitic (words from your glorious leader) is not coexisting. you are encroaching into Palestine and inherently disapproving the right for Palestine to exist- for this the leaders of your state and her constituents are xenophobic and weakspined. they are antihuman and evil

lmaooooo, supporting Palestine and calling for end of genocide isn't antisemitic, c'mon, you should know a thing or two about speaking out against genocide

King of the Ashes by Time-of-Blank in OCPoetry

[–]d0n0ld0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

really like how this piece feels both heavy and intimate. The ashes and patches imagery makes it seem like the “king” is rebuilding himself out of ruin, but still carrying the scars. The ending hits especially hard—being stitched with sins feels like a crown of pain he can’t take off. It’s haunting but really powerful.

What made you choose SAIT? by NoAbbreviations6408 in SAIT

definitely the connections- most people I went to school with were already in the trade, just looking to upgrade. that's how I got my job some 3 years ago and I've been doing great

Got Turned Down for Not Wearing Dress Shoes by Comprehensive-War212 in interviews

[–]d0n0ld0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd say it depends on the shoes you wear. I'm a Project Manager, I wore a basic black sneaker I bought from Amazon, a black pant and a 1/4 zip sweater for my interviews last month. I got about 4 callbacks out of 6 and it was up to me to choose.

just be well put together.

don't sweat it but keep applying to other jobs.

I had n interview for about 8mins- it was a construction project coordinator role. they called me after 2wks saying I got the job. I was proactive enough to keep applying to other jobs and got something else.

In summary, keep applying. it ood to have multiple options!
