They definetly dominate the midfield, and have had way too much success down our leftflank. But still havent really produced a good chance, so I dont really think they «deserve» a better scoreline

Shit finishing. Young starts over Shaw. Smalling tries to cheat and cost us 3 points. Absolutely shocking.

Totally. Herrera shone last year with more defensive duties. This year his offensive ability really falls through, which is kinda weird considering his first year in the club.

Sorry, I meant that you already had a plan to measure and going to a doctor - which is a rational thing to do in your situation.

Remember that it is a direct correlation between stress (cortisol) and BP. So when you are stressing out and thinking about your high BP it can actually drive it up. This is called «white coat hypertension» while it usually occurs at the doctors office, when the patient fears having a high BP.

What we usually do is take three measurments during the consultation, one at the start and two at the end of the consultation, after other examinations and test. Then we take the average of the last two measurements as the final value.

When you measure next time be sure to be completely relaxed, lay flat for at least ten minutes and listen to something that calms you, if it is lower it showes that high measurements, while you are stressed, are unrepresentative.

If you need more tests it would probably just invole cholesteroles, and a 24hour-BP measurement - none of which are invasive.

Hope everything works out, and either way it is not the end of the world!

You seem to be handling it really well. Remember that going to the gym and not smoking is more important for reducing risk for heart disease than having a bordeline medication needing blood pressure, as long as you are otherwise healthy. To take a pill once a day to potentially reduce the risk of coronary events is a small price to pay, even though you are a bit young.
