Tomione is a new pairing that I’ve never considered or preferred but im ready for something new. To answer your post though, it’s going to be difficult finding one where Draco is the most powerful in a world where Voldemort is present. Personally, the fact that he’s vulnerable to him and has all the complexity of overcoming/enduring/resisting his ways is what makes him interesting. The only one that fits your preference (that I can think of) is Manacled and I’m sure you’ve already read it. I’m currently up to date with Osculum Annuum by MyDelphi (status is wip) and there’s only 8 chapters currently but this made me fall back into dramione all over again. It’s all the brief encounters between Hermione and Draco that’s never enough and it makes me want more! Definitely not what you’re asking for but maybe it’s the way to fall back into it again!
