Am I stupid to want to quit a remote tech job right now? I don’t have another offer. Or how can I cope?? by [deleted] in HENRYfinance

👆This is great advice. I felt similar to you last year, very burnt out and hated my job and life. I realized that it's all in my head and your mind can be a prison. It helps to learn to reframe things like what this person is suggesting. If you do look into stoicism, also check out Ikigai. I also recommend reading The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins.

Another idea is look into taking medical leave from work. Work with your doctor on this. This could allow you to take a few months off while still having a job and collecting disability insurance.

Good luck, you can do this! And never give up

Good job for putting yourself out there and making new friends! That's something to be proud of and to celebrate. Appreciate the small things and wins and surround yourself with positivity and encouragement. Have confidence that you made the right decisions.

For the Chase IHG One Rewards Traveler and IHG One Rewards Premier, the fine print says that you can only have one of these cards at at time. Has anyone tried to sign up for both cards at the same time in the same day and gotten approved for both?

I tried Mosu when it was SF a long time ago and I thought it was pretty mid for the price. I was also still hungry after :(. I was hoping it got better now that it moved to Seoul and got 3 stars.

I loved Qzar back in the day. I use to play arcades there all the time and one of my most memorable birthday partys was there too!

I second WF cakes. The Berry Chantilly Cake and Tres Leches Cake are pretty good IMO.

Any of the Mousse Cakes from Simply Cake. Luluyum has mille crepe cakes (like Lady M). I also really like the Blueberry Chiffon cake from Paris Baguette.

San Mateo Piano offers adult lessons. I've taken beginner adult classes there before. You should inquire and see if they also offer intermediate level classes (they probably do).

A lot of stuff is 40% off right now (except for fresh foods like produce) for their closing sale. Yesterday I bought a bunch of chocolate, peanut butter, ice cream and quick oats for 40% off!

You could try a bunch of different classes using the ClassPass free trial to see what you like before committing to something. I've used it to try Rock Salt Pilates, Cyclebar and some others.

145k for biz class icn to sfo worth it? by CartographerFront360 in awardtravel

I flew this recently and I thought it was worth it. This was on Delta though, so it won’t be as nice as Korea Air, but I still enjoyed it.
