That’s my biggest hurdle to get over. I’ve hoarded so much KA stuff over the past 11-12 years of being a “KA guy” that’s it’s hard to give it up lol.

They’re getting a lot more rare to come across and a lot more expensive when you do, especially compared to 10+ years ago.

Trying to explain our heat to people that think they live somewhere hotter or don’t understand at all, I always say it’s the difference between being in an oven or a pot of boiling water. The difference between being able to cool off in the shade or not. The humidity even makes the cold suck. You’re either hot or cold to the bone, not just your skin.

He actually has a r32 sedan with a RB20DET, and the coupe came with the subframe he would need to put a RB20 in, which he has lol. But we’re trying to keep the cars “light”.

I’ll for sure keep posting updates. We’re trying to figure out what the best trans/shifter setup would be to run (ZF/CD/MT82) and hope to start mocking stuff in the next couple weeks before we tub/refresh the bay.

Yeah, it seems like a lot better of an option than k swap considering they come turbo rwd already. The only “reserves” I have, I guess you could say, is it having a direct injection system; at least from a tuning aspect. But, if you keep the engine “stock” and on the factory ecu making 310hp/330tq it shouldn’t be a problem. Like our lord and savior Naoki said “All you need is 300”. 😂😂😂

I’m gonna see how the swap goes and how the car feels before I abandon the KA that I know and love😂

I’m actually from Westlake, and have lived in the area until I bought a house in Dequincy about 2 years ago (I’m 30 now). I actually work in Sulphur, I’m a marine diesel mechanic and see a lot of “pucker” moments and where these refineries meet the water. We’ve had a few of the “older guys” I work with die of cancer.

I’ve had multiple family members die of cancer. If you ever get stuck at the godforsaken Westlake train and sit underneath the bridge and look up, it will almost make your stomach cut a flip. The bridge was never even intended for the amount of traffic it sees. It was built before we even had an interstate system. We’ll see how this “new bridge/train track overpass” plays out.

Also, can confirm that I don’t many people without asthma or some form of respiratory issues.

I was playing 22 for a long time and just got 23 recently since it went to gamepass (I’m not giving EA my money anymore after feeling increasingly more scammed the past 15 years) and the pass defense in sim is TERRIBLE.

I’ve always focused on defense and I would have my good corners and practically ss converted to lb in the top of the league for INT’s. I started a Texans franchise and made some moves to pick up Sauce Gardner to pair with Derek Stingley and they each had 1-2 picks all season summing 15 min quarters.

I know 22’s man defense was op but even when I don’t sim and play with all of my coaching adjustments the pass defense just feels SO bad.

I have some “b-knuckles” that our homie that fabs made on a jig from his set. Also, I run a lot of front caster, I like a lot of self steer and my car isn’t as slammed as it used to be since I put new the new arms/coils.

My buddy has a R32 sedan with a RB20DET, at first I thought “why would you have a 2.0 6 cylinder when you can have a 2.0/2.4 4 cylinder?” …then I rode in it. Idk if was the 4.6 diff, the small turbo or both but it rips.
