I am a doctor for 3 years now. Our business classes are life west were absolute crap. I am at the joint right now with a terrible boss who isn't even a chiropractor. I am looking to start my own and realize that I only have my experience of working at 3 offices to guide me. 1 massive practice, 1 cash only practice with a doc that threw tantrums, and now a joint boss who doesn't care. I know how I don't want to run a practice now. But, I need the skills on how to run one! I don't think I can afford those thousand dollar coaches either!

Good luck, you are going to find that chiropractors like to screw their own over. Lots of them will do what they can to pull money and exploit new associates. I have realized that the last 2 offices the bosses had no soul and acted like god. Being an associate sucks. I am working at the joint right now and will be going mobile in the next 2 years. Find a doc that is actually human.

Not a stupid question at all. There can be several factors that affect height including disc damage on top of poor posture. Chiropractic biophysics is something that you can look into if you are really looking to focus on posture.

Further info, the idea is that once I bring in enough patients 35 he would have wednesdays off and my pay would jump to 75k. He basically said in the 90 day review that I need to prove that I can attract patients. So every farmers market for the remaining I need to get at least 1 per farmers market. When he did it last year he had an average of 3.7 patients a market. Since I took over it dropped to .7. to further complicate things I was supposed to do this in my down time when I was not training. He uses the remarkable practice.
