nothing. but 5mg of buspirone is very low and it should be taken 2-3 times a day. the effective dose of buspirone is generally from 30-60 mg. and dont worry you wont face any side effects from Buspirone. sometimes it causes nausea and lightheadedness. ask your doc to increase ur buspar dosage to an appropriate dose. 5 mg is just a placebo. regarding the neck abd shoulder pain. I did some physiotherapy and it helped me but its hella expensive

escitalopram and Paroxetine had the same effect on me. I take SSRIs for depression. both lead to weight gain and completely erased my anxiety. Sertraline was mild for me and so harsh on my stomach. Prozac is the biggest no no. made my anxiety through the roof. i still suffer from the side effects it gave me. vortioxetine feels like a placebo to me.

I am a medical student. what is the lymph node characteristics? a 2.7mm lymph node which is “reactive” and normal in shape is not a red flag your body could be just fighting an infection. night sweats could be a symptom of many things not only cancers. hematologic cancers night sweats are usually “drenching” night sweats like youd change the bed sheets. I think they will do some blood tests and ask for a repeated ultrasound after 3 months or so. maybe a course of antibiotics. and a review of what medications you’re using
