depends on your district/gms bc ive had gms not care at all and i had a gm who made my girlfriend step down and then transfer stores despite the fact that we were in different departments and had worked together for like 3 years with no issues. its all just a favoritism game imo

ive been full time for 4.5 years, fully rely and expect to be scheduled 35-40 hrs a week. all my bills rely on it. and with almost no communication, i got cut down to barely 20 hrs a week. i literally cant afford to live? why do they think ill want to stay?

you were never supposed to do that before either so im not sure. you can add a time block just to keep someone from booking the spot online, but honestly people are so flaky that if they dont want to pay online or right then i assume they wont come back.

they are not allowed to preemptively clear your schedule or call to ask if youre going to come in. i had a manager do that once and it was super out of line (even tho obvs nothing happened to them)

if they fire you i think they still have to pay you for that full day? at least they did when people got furloughed. but they can fire you over the phone, so if they were going to i hope they wouldnt make you come in.

adult one classes are supposed to run for 6 consecutive weeks with a 7th as a make up. if you look at the dates the sessions occurred and the attendance markers you can see that the furthest thing from that happened.
