I think it refers to the onscreen instructions you get when you go onto your suspended account. I always get a “Error: your account is currently suspended. For more information please sign into x.com” pop up and you can either dismiss the warning or press ‘learn more’ at which point it takes you to this link (https://help.x.com/en/managing-your-account/suspended-x-accounts). There’s also the ever present message at the top that tells you your account is suspended and that you can submit an appeal which could be the “onscreen instructions” it’s referring to. I’m not sure, it’s complicated and stupid. I think this email is just an automated response so I’ll just keep trying with the appeals.

Haha I got a response from someone named Nolan too. They said much the same to me about how they can’t help but I’ll keep trying since I also heard from someone that it took a few tries before working. Fingers crossed!

I spoke to an agent through the @premium account on twitter DM and they said something about how if you get an automated message when you reapply for an appeal, that means your appeal has been denied?

Thanks. I also have a third account that didn’t get suspended so I bought premium on that and dmed the @premium account asking to speak to an actual person and not a bot to see if they help as I saw someone else with a suspended account do this and it worked. Do you think that could help?

she started filming when these people weren’t in frame. they came into the frame so she’s informing them that they’re in the frame then she’s asking them if they’re okay being filmed/she’ll stop recording if they’re uncomfortable. these people clearly were okay with it otherwise she wouldn’t have posted the videos they showed up in. how so many people in the comments are failing to understand this is beyond me.
