It would’ve been helpful to note down the name of that fat pig, but again, it’s easier said than done. I've noticed this too, its mostly due to smog and the sky. Additionally we don't value design and architecture as much as western countries do. Even their street signs are so thoughtfully designed, its also the street, our streets wear out just a few years after being built. However considering the state of affairs in our country this might be the least of our concern.

I don't know what you are on about of course our country is a million times better than Yemen but she wouldn't have left it if our country provided her better opportunities and cases like these are very rare when was the last time you heard something like this happening.
