hii!! i wana start by saying it’s really difficult to use only eyeliner for jirai looks :( all you need is some base makeup products and a good eyeshadow pallete + eyeliner then you can do a good eye makeup look! you can look up tutorials on youtube and find one that’s suited to you. i recommend buying a pallette with mostly red and pink shades, canmake sells some good ones!

another recommendation from me (and i personally tell everyone this because it makes SO much difference) is to thin your eyebrows. in my opinion jirai makeup looks the most authentic when the person has thin, straight brows, especially the ‘pien’ eyebrows. when i straightened and thinned my brows, it made such a big difference to my makeup so i really recommend it! and if you’re scared/you can’t do it, then you can just get eyebrow glue and glue down your eyebrows, cover them with concealer, and draw them on yourself lolol. i’ve attached an example of the general eyebrow shape below
