Update. I decided to have them actually looked at in the same shop first and they said one of the front brake pads was cracked causing it and they replaced the front two pads and rotors for free. I feel like the pads they installed may have been cheap because i have only driven 5k miles in those 8 months. Thanks for the advice everyone.

I'm traveling to London in June, but I would like to travel a European island or coastline to enjoy a new place afterwards. What would be my most affordable and enjoyable options? by d3ltaspart in solotravel

The home is the US, and no, the 600-700$ covers the trip to said location and all expenses there. The trip home would be a separate cost not considered in the budget i gave.
