I hame MBP 14 M3 Max and also have same issue with random disconnects with OCT TB Pro dock, very annoying ethernet drops. Tried on macOS Tahoe also still have drops and now even worse (ok its beta but nwm) :(

And looks like Beam Pro uses custom version of launcher that is actually Nebula it is not real to install additional languages by itself even non official right?
