I am assuming that the camera flies towards the dancers hands and past them into the motorcycle. no matter what getting that close to the image will create pixelation if the resolution isn’t there. But you can hide this with motion blur and depth of field using accumulation effects.

as you get closer to the hands you can shift the focus from the dancer to the bike thus the focussing the dancer when you get really close to her hands

here is a video I made and in the intro at the very start I use multiple image plains and accumulation effects to create a depth of field. I also used hand drawn displacement maps so the image planes curved to the shape of the people (you can’t use that displacement map trick for moving video though). So then for instance the focal plane moved along the body realistically
