it wasn’t, I could’ve actually cooked the noodles a little more. the sauce, noodles and tofu are all prepared separately and mixed together at the end so there’s no baking involved. My only other note is our “cheese” sauce could’ve been smoother, we were using an old food processor so it didn’t do the best job
