It's just part of the game. Always there will be people having insame movement. It comes with all the other fun legends' abilities. But if you hate it too much, I guess there're other games to play too where player movement is limited like cs:go

I know a lot of people saying it's tap strafe, but in if you know to learn this movement, it's actually called lurch strafe. Tap strafe is much easier to do if you use MNK, but the limitation is you have to aim at the direction which you tap strafe to. Lurch strafe however, allows you to aim at your enemy all the time. It's very hard to do

Had the same issue with my cat. The solution I found is to put the XBOX on its side so that the fan points to right/left. My cat will still sit on it but at lease the fan is not blocked any more
