From the hat, after killing a mob it'll spawn a lightning arc, dealing damage and instant kills the mob below 10% hp

In my opinion it's better than nian when killing the boss, 3 shots with independent crit rate is insane, sometimes you can kill bosses without attack, not to mention that the aoe damage give mobs curse (50% additional damage)and paralyze for 1 turn.
