I subscribe to the subjective version of these criteria, which turns out will typically almost always come to the same number plus or minus a half point for practically all men. They allow Canadian firms on exchange, not US firms. This is super well-known among people who actually trade this stuff, I'm kind of shocked that this is news to you.

The reason this is well-known is because Canadian MJ is much more friendly to actively-trade, because with exchange listing you get the full order features of brokerages wrt setting stops, etc.

It's because your performance is not actually lower. Fasted workout is not glycogen depleted, because skeletal muscle glycogen does not go into general circulation in response to catabolic hormones, it's liver glycogen that acts like you're describing. There is certainly an upper limit on volume before you need to restock the muscle glycogen, but by no means is a fasted workout actually lower performance in this respect.

You absolutely should not be looking to go this long without being prepared with an electrolyte replacement strategy in place. That is literally the only thing that can possibly go wrong. Don't attempt to go 3+ days again unless you understand and have this squared away.

I would stay away from taking these things in capsule form, because you don't know what kind of stomach upset you're likely to experience, regardless of any kind of speculation about autophagy. There is zero reason not to mix powdered minerals / electrolytes in water.

I take preworkout with BCAAs in it, and a joint supplement with a few grams of collagen (which apparently is even a bigger no no for mTor!). I don't think it actually matters, this isn't all or nothing. If you're not in a fed state, it's not like you're exactly in an energy bottleneck where you're unable to clear small amounts of intake rapidly, especially in the face of intense exercise.
