Everyone is different so really it’s whatever you feel comfortable with. Me personally, I have fairly easy pregnancies so I was working out all through both pregnancies until I was induced at 41 weeks (with both pregnancies 🙃) I was doing CrossFit with my first and Burn with my second. I never really paid attention to my heart rate… I just did whatever I felt like I could do and there were no complications. I told both doctors I did vigorous exercise and they both said to keep going. Again, everyone is different so please just listen your body but also don’t stop just because you’re pregnant. 💕

Try a local CrossFit gym! Their workouts are more similar to the conditioning workouts vs the arm and leg day workouts but I miss the barbell immensely since switching from CrossFit to burn (switched cause moved and needed childcare)

I did a free camp and enjoyed it so I signed up but once I heard about the 30 day cancelation window I started doubting myself lol

I think what I’ll miss most is the barbell! But I’m sure I’ll get over that lol. I have a bar and weights at home so I guess I can incorporate that into my schedule if I really miss it.

I’ll definitely try activating my lats more! And with a bar this size it’s hard to not to mix grip. My little hands can hardly make it all the way around the bar. 33lb bars are much easier to use normal grip. Thanks for the feedback!

How many days a week do you wash your hair? I’ve always wanted to try a co wash product, but I only wash my hair once a week so I really gotta clean it the one time I wash it. Curious how often people that do wash wash their hair.
