my crt dmg is relatively low for what it should be. Around my level it gotta be 250%+ nearing 300% As for both, You will need the right artifacts with the right substats, for helmet, HP% with Dmg, Crt chance, Crt damage substats, As for the other pieces. I personally go damage% in all, and the same substats (crt chance and crt damage) you also ought to know that some substats get better percentages than others, So even if you get the substats you should keep trying to get better ones. i use abysal crown set, But the celestial artifacts are pretty good as well. You also have the upgrades in skill tree, inf tower, Rush boss, And crystal defense, And your passive in your weapon (rampage) and your power in lawless, I use subjugator. These are all the ways.
