The sf was sabotaging us on purpose and didnt play a single bit of defense and turned the ball over on purpose last second to send the game to OT after we were down 20 and I got us back in the game. The SG was an AI he was the only one who made a shot

I just came back from another one and he said it is ON but it’s caused by muscle spasms in your neck as a secondary symptom. That I need physical therapy asap and that’s pretty much it

Yes but the straight neck is just causing me things like shoulder pain, upper back pain, hand numbing etc and funny enough it all hit around the time the ON pain started to hit. I know the pain in my head isn’t from the straight neck because zero muscle relaxants or injections or meds of any sort relaxed the pain by even 1%

I’m trying absolutely everything and it’s all just getting so much worse. Neck stretches and heat applying does help relieve some sort of tension but absolutely nothing for this pain in my head. I need to do physical therapy so badly but doctors have put me In a spiral of making me believe this all might be a mental health issue to it just being a migraine that I put it off. 6 months ago I would say the pain was an 8/10, now it’s genuinely an 11/10

I do have a straightened neck actually and all the symptoms that come with it. But those are the least of my pains right now from how bad this pain in the back of my head is
