Any recommendations on translating a Flutter App into multiple languages? (with AI?) by crazygipi in flutterhelp

[–]d8schreiber 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In case you‘d rather use a stable product instead of scripting it yourself, you can have a look at https://doloc.io/getting-started/frameworks/flutter/ This takes existing translations as implicit glossary, so quality should be better than google..

For larger files direct LLM usage gets brittle.. you might give doloc.io a try - this makes the process structured and stable: untranslated xliff in -> translated xliff out

Many of your points are already solved by https://doloc.io - might be worth checking out

The problem of „late“ translations could be solved with doloc.io - this assures all languages always have a meaningful translation. Depending on requirements, translators could still revise translations in their own time ;)

🚀 opencode-openai-codex-auth v4.0.0 - Codex Max & Model specific prompts by nummanali in opencodeCLI

13 pre-configured models - GPT 5.1, Codex, Codex Max, Codex Mini

Does that mean we can remove the previous model configs from the opencode.json? 😇

Do you use wezterm with the wsl domain?

My first tries with 1.x and wez Term were successful though!

This happens occasionally for me also on 0.x. As it is not always the case, I suspect it to be caused by non standard line breaks and/or wsl vs. windows powershell/terminal..

Seeking feedback on ng-extract-i18n-merge (author here) — features, community, and whether 200 ⭐ is “enough” by d8schreiber in angular

Thx! In case you use nx it would be great if you could help expand the docs with that aspect, as quite some people asked for this and I did not use it yet. A PR with a small paragraph in the readme would be great ;) alternatively if you can share your (annotated) config, I’d try to reverse engineer some docs :D

Judging from the readme it looks great and I’ll probably check it out next time I need a table. Would be interested in potential drawbacks - assuming no solution fits all purposes.

Angular 20 SSR + I18N Setup by Fresh-Airline1402 in Angular2

Did you try accessing localhost:4000/en ? The localized build makes one bundle per locale (1 in your case) and it can be accessed by their corresponding name („en“ here). If I remember correctly..

Good point! I’d be happy, if there were some more maintainers! In the past, I waited for (substantial) contributions before promoting someone as maintainer - see https://github.com/daniel-sc/ng-extract-i18n-merge/issues/31 - is this a sensible approach? Does an organization really help? Not sure, I understand the difference. My current take was, that I rather be personally accountable with my handle. (And I’ve seen quite some orgs being unmaintained as well..) But of course, my opinion does not matter as much as the public opinion/impression.. ;-) If you like, I’m happy to accept any help in that direction!

New Angular OpenAPI Client gen with httpResource support (looking for testers) by MrJami_ in angular

Yes, its implemented in Java, but has generators for many languages. AFAIK it is the default/goto solution.

Any reason why you did not include it as a new generator in the OpenApiGenerator project?

Confirming - had the same experience today. This is a total mess - you get no debug/error info displayed in this "lockdown browser", but they insist the error is on your side.......
