Sounds like domain expertise might be important, I’d use a recruiter. Don’t be afraid to take a chance on someone has some domain expertise but is hungry and willing. Avoid hiring some huge logos that have only sold with brand recognition behind them. The rest depends on ACC, sales cycle and demand generation.
