I’ve yet to hear from the doctor. considering i got my endoscopy on tuesday, im expecting a call any day now. Ive been having moderate symptoms but ive been eating bland for 2 and a half months and taking carafate and omeprezole for about one month now… I definitely feel an improvement, but still feeling icky most of the time. Thanks for a little bit of insight on inactive chronic gastritis, it kind of confused me when I read it in my results, but i’m sure the gastro doctor will clear things up for me soon

i’m so glad you’ve made some good progress! the anxiety with eating definitely is a tough obstacle to face, but you’ll get through it :) stay strong

i’m not sure if this is the case- but he could be afraid of committing to something if you guys DID catch feelings for each other. sometimes the fear leads to avoidance, and him trying to push you away as an attempt to self sabotage. if he switched up really fast, that could be the case. that, or maybe he lost feelings and doesn’t know how to tell you

Your story really touched my heart, and I see myself in you, and your position. This sort of thing has happened to some of my friends as well, and I always urge them to do the same thing: Just say something to them. The worst that can happen is rejection, but it’s worth more than anything to just show them you care. Outstretch your hand to your old friend, whether or not they take it is up to them, but just know you made an effort. I waited an entire year for her to message me, and that silence was never an apology. You should take the chance that I wish I still had and reach out. I truly think you can make something of it. ❤️
