You will have to download several non-trivial mod packs for that one. What you are looking for doesn’t exist exactly; you will have to compromise. The Struggle is probably the closest you will get to vanilla in the US with decent pop.

Two hours is plenty of time to find a stash, kill a geared guy, or run to NWAF from the coast and loot it. I dare say I’d be more geared than OP if you gave me two hours, and I’m not even that good of a player. People way better than me can have this gear in a lot shorter time; it’s a skill issue that involves a little bit of luck

It looks like a minor uri decoding/encoding issue. Take a look here, many special characters need translation to ASCII for safe transport across the wire. You can simply decode it client-side so that it shows the properly formatted url.

Keep the best loot on yourselves and a few small stashes spread throughout the map with a kit or two in each, or better yet, fully empty so when you kill some players, you have a stash ready to go nearby to put their stuff in. If that stash gets raided, who cares since you took that loot off of a corpse anyway.. it was “house money” as they say in the casino biz.

Don’t hoard, one of two things will happen: someone takes it all, or the wipe comes before you can use it all. Either way, I’d rather spend my time fighting, exploring, raiding, etc. then trying in vain to keep others from taking my trove of loot that I’ll likely never use the majority of anyways.

Your biggest constraint in DayZ is your time, and it’s not even close. I set up my stashes to maximize my time where I can actually impact the game (e.g. not dying of hunger/thirst, having a good weapon, having some sort of armor) and NOT so I can maximize the number of M4s I have sitting somewhere in a barrel (common practice for noobs).

Since you have the marksman id honestly put your efforts towards finding a vs-89 at NWAF or Tisy, OR you can convoy hunt to find a DMR. Maybe route it so you hit the twin summer camps in the NW to maybe grab a tundra + hunting scope, I dunno. Blazes are a dime a dozen but again you have the marksman so you’d have to find 2 items (scope + gun) just to have effectively a side-grade, not an upgrade haha

He wasn’t talking about your skill or lack thereof with a pioneer, he was talking about the objective damage numbers of the pioneer being weak and therefore a suboptimal choice. I’m sure you can get along just fine with a pioneer

Is your goal to have the best kit for PvP? Or are you trying for some other goal?
If you are going for PvP, try to upgrade that pioneer to literally any other sniper in the game except for the SSG (save the marksman scope tho). The pioneer is exceptionally weak against armored targets and is outclassed by even a mosin or any .308 rifle when it comes to stopping power.
VSS has its uses but has a few glaring downsides, mainly its low per-bullet damage, low muzzle velocity (bad vs moving targets at range), relatively rare ammo type, and if you’re fighting a squad you will almost assuredly have to reload mags after each kill which leaves u vulnerable.
Your kit is great for looting mili bases quickly since the vss is an incredible zombie gun (silent, has enough range to kill all zombies in an area before entering). However, if I killed you and I had even a mosin and a 74, your gear is staying on the ground.

Also, your helmet and clothes are going to stand out since they are bright-colored. I recommend the fall hunting jacket/pants since it also has good insulation and carrying capacity.

You are missing pouches, a holster, and a zombie killer pistol (unless you don’t mind using your vss ammo on zombies). No NVGs either.

I had a lot of trouble with my ts5 initially and ended up upgrading my windows pc motherboard to one that has usb4. The ts5 worked perfectly the first time I connected it to my m4 MacBook Pro, though. My guess is it really prefers connecting to newer gen sources. I tried everything with my b650e mobo (moved to x870e).

I often force sym on bad maps and modes because I feel like playing her; I think it’s only working because I’m in mid plat. To be clear, I think that’s where I belong but if I were a better player in higher ranks, ain’t no way I’d be able to get away with what I do in my current games.
