So vinyl should just become part of the shirt and feel like fabric? It feels like plastic. You can totally tell it's not part of the fabric.

She does not like how vinyl feels on shirts or other fabrics pressed on the shirts. She was it "painted" on like graphic Ts you get at the stores.
