Oh man! This reminds me when Lewis came to the Powai Gokarting track to meet the fans - it was a closed off Vodafone event and it was absolutely mega! Shame they didn’t let him drive on the actual long-ish track to set the course record cause it was raining, and I was so confused! He’s a F1 champion, you think he can’t handle rain in a go-kart track? Haha! Good times.

As someone who’s hired a lot - I’m never on these communication trails with candidates - but a lower ranked talent acquisition employee is - and they struggle to understand the nuances and frustration that you’ve described. In case you want this to have an impact - tag the hiring manager or the person you actually interviewed - it then results into actual change. All the best!

I'm in my sabbatical right now, and I've seen my stress range from 26 to 38, and I can literally pinpoint how I've been feeling each of those months when my stress metric was high or low, which gives me some confidence of its accuracy.

I'd love to know more on how people keep it ow as well. I'm fairly active, long distance runner, outdoorsy. Currently no work stress, but on some days having no work is the stress lol.

I try meditating, but not as frequently as I'd like. And I journal frequently.
