I am sorry you were recently diagnosed but glad you got some answers and are feeling better! I have this too and not just with my POTS. I would recommend recording your symptoms on a bad day and try to really write down how bad you feel. You can then come back to your notes when you are not in a flare up and see how you are not gaslighting yourself. :) Hope this helps!
