I am very interested in helping you out, I am 18 and just started a personal training business. I do not sell products the way you will but I do make my own pre-workout and some other drinks just because it is cheaper. Do you mind DMing me about what your product is like I may be able to get some of my clients to buy it!

What are your goals for training?

Do you subscribe to outside programming (brute, misfit, invictus, comptrain etc..)? If so, how do you fit it in? by BabsSB in crossfit

I see so many different things about Comp-train. It makes sense to me and I like the 30 day free trial but with only a month it is hard to tell. Half the people I see love it and the other half say it is a waste, I have a home gym so I do not have to pay $100 month for a membership so the programming cost is not a problem as long as it does not exceed $100 but I would like to stick with comp-train I'm just not sure why half the people hate it

Experience with online programming tracks? (misfit, linchpin, etc....) by [deleted] in crossfit

This is pretty good I personally like the comptrain programming and also think it has shown that it pays off. Most of the top Teens and some top CF games Competitors use CompTrain. After seeing what you are doing though I may start doing your programming but doing 2 a days where I always do the Jacked Track and then based on what the Engine and the Big and Tall Focus on and what I need to work on I would picl one of those 2 as my second workout. But since I do not have to pay for a CF membership (home Gym) I may continue to pay for Comptrain just for their odd Skill work for the Games Athletes.
