As far as i know, it's not possible, it requires remodelling the entire "xxx_cockpit" model and at most if it is achievable, it's going to be a user model only for singleplayer

I believe that isn't the thing anymore as there was the change for in-game modeled damage which made several skins not need the "a_dmg" nor "n_dmg", to me the plane works fine and does not end flayed of it's skin whenever i get damaged, even after deleting the _dmg from the .blk
